Dallas Pole Flight Fitness Classes. Improve your pole dance
The Pole Flight Fitness™ Program is designed to increase your flexibility, strength, stability and stamina. The classes are structured so you are able to enhance and compliment your pole dancing practice. Classes are 1 hour and meet twice per week for 4 weeks.

Pole Flight™ classes stress the importance of "muscle confusion"  by switching the order of exercises and incorporating new exercises during each series. Muscle confusion prevents the body from adapting to the exercises over time and plateauing. Your teacher will help recommend exercises out of the classroom that will assist in your training routine.

 
This strength and endurance building program incorporates calisthenics, gymnastic maneuvers and cardiovascular workouts. Pole conditioning, pole gymnastics or inversion-specific workouts will help you focus on areas that will help you gain the strength to progress in your pole dance practice. Each exercise specifically targets muscles used while executing moves on the pole.
